Come to Quest to "Learn the Art of Swimming and the Game of Racing!"

Experienced, certified instructors join the swimmers in the water to ensure they are getting great feedback.

• Beginner Group Lessons - 2:30 - 3:00 PM
• Intermediate/Developmental Clinic: To develop freestyle and backstroke and introduction to butterfly and breaststroke 10 & under -  3:15 -4:00 PM
• Advanced: Stroke School to develop all 4 strokes, starts and turns.

        11 & under 4:00 -5:00 PM

        12 + 5:00 -6:00 PM

We use an underwater video camera to show swimmers what they are doing well and how to improve. 

Private Swim Lessons are for anyone ages 3 and up. Beginners, intermediates, advanced swimmers, and

Tri-athletes enjoy the benefits of having one-on-one instruction from experienced, certified teachers.
